四、教学科研概述
长期从事植物细胞壁遗传改良和综合利用的科研工作,采用大群体关联分析揭示影响作物茎秆抗倒伏和秸秆利用效率的细胞壁结构因子,通过高级遗传群体QTL定位和自然群体GWAS分析鉴定细胞壁结构相关遗传位点,借助分子标记辅助选择、转基因或基因编辑筛选或创建细胞壁遗传改良株系。先后参与两项国家自然科学基金研究,以第一或共一作者身份发表SCI论文8篇,其中中科院一区top论文6篇。
